Favourite Cycles is approaching its twentieth year in business, and we’re a community connected business and we’re very much about being actively involved in our local area and really trying to connect with the local cyclists. For twenty years locally in the industry, we’ve moved into our new premises. We are double the size we used to be and we’ve got the most beautiful presentation on bikes. We have best in class product, so we’re now able to show and demonstrate the bike to you in the way I invite you to be presented. Everybody loves the new shop. Everybody is coming in and seeing the new displays and a lot more room and being able to inspect the bikes a lot more closely as well, which is good. Lots of bike eye candy for the customers to check out while they’re here. The big difference we have today is that we are very closely connected to our big manufacturers, companies like, Trek and Scott and BMC, so we see ourselves as the link between these manufacturers and our local cycling community. We like to work with our customers very closely, whether or not your customer is a beginner or they’ve been in the sport for a long time, we like to work with them all the way through the journey. We’re going to try and develop cycling in the area as much as we can by introducing a lot more how to ride days. We have some fantastic demo days where our consumers can come and ride the bikes. We do off-road test ride days and we’ll be introducing some road bike demo days as well. We’re going to be very active in the future with our Facebook and Twitter and we’d love to be able to build that and have more of our customers following us on Facebook and Twitter. We’d love to get you involved in some of the giveaways and prizes. We do our best to treat every individual, man or woman individually and it matched up with the bike that suits their needs the most. We’ve got two fulltime mechanics on all day, every day now. We’ve got the full fitting service for people on road bikes and mountain bikes as well. We can really service every aspect of your cycling needs. I think really what sets Favourite Cycles apart is the fantastic range of bikes that we have on offer, whether you want a $400 bike or the world’s best $20,000 bike, we have it here for you. I think we have the best spot in Manly. It’s one of the best looking shops in the country let alone in Sydney.
