Mom: My husband Larry and I had thought about having a baby a few years ago and I was told
that I couldn't have a baby. I started feeling a little sick back in January last year and
finally went to the doctor thinking I had an ulcer, but we were pregnant with baby Cayson.
Mom: Admitted me on a Thursday and he came on Saturday and he weigh one pound and seven
ounces.
Mom: We came here to nationwide Children's Hospital on August eight for ROP surgery.
Mom: Within a week he developed a hernia so he had hernia surgery and then a week later
his eyes got worst and he had ROP surgery.
Mom: Cayson was very sick. It was a really scary moment for us. But with the pulmonary
hypertension, and Charlson send us here for that, so we were on the right place.
Mom: We just want to take him home healthy. Things is really important for people to help
donate in any way that this hospital. I think a lot of people take for granted what it's
like to take home a healthy baby and I myself did not know what these preemies go through
with the very long journey. It's very hard.
Mom: Considering everything this baby has been through he's the happiest baby, he's
very lovable, he loves attention he's great.
