having a good Friday.
Let's talk today about the blog I wrote this morning
which is an all too common subject. I love to write about it. It's the profile of the
typical seller that would benefit from a non-distressed luxury real estate auction. That person is
usually not distressed. They don't have to sell. There may not be much debt on the property,
if any. They're moving, they're downsizing, they're wanting to be closer to family. I'm
hearing a lot lately wanting to be closer to grandchildren. So, that's going
to be the typical seller that I work with and advise on a weekly basis.
To dig down a little more- the traits of the people I wrote about this morning- they didn't
get where they are by being passive people. They like to take charge and be in control.
They like the idea of using a date-certain event. That date-certain event forces other
affluent end-user buyers to a point of action, something that the traditional method just
is not able to provide them.
