Transcript: I’d have to say one of the toughest issues facing leaders today is the lack of
time to reflect. Everything moves at such a fast speed now. Communication is fast. The
expectation of reply is fast. Decisions are made quickly. Information is processed at
warp speed. And, I think in the process of doing and going into the world and doing what
those leaders are made to do, everything about our culture feeds speed. And, I would say
one of the biggest challenges leaders face today is that they just find it very difficult
to step off the track and really deeply reflect.
