Now I am going to talk about Pam. We are gong to talk about designing her brows. Now we've
discussed Pam. The way that she has her brow now was the way that she truly likes her brow.

I mean there is a lot of factors about how to design a proper eye brow. But with Pam,
she is happy with this brow and the client is always right when it comes to my shop.
I don't push and I don't prop, I give information to my client and I let them be the driver.
Because when it comes to the bottom line the client paying me for the service and my job
is to please the client. So, with Pam we have the brow that we want. Now you know I am going
just remove that hair underneath and around. The unwanted hair that Pam would pluck every
morning.
