Hey guys! Today I want to talk to you guys about what to do
when it feels like life is giving you one big *** twister!
These ten steps are really going to help you out, so let's get started.
Number one: Avoid all negativity. Don't watch
any sad TV shows or sad movies.
Don't listen to any sad music. If you're going to watch anything,
watch cartoons or watch comedy. Lastly,
don't hang out with many friends that enjoy complaining
with you. Number two: Eat less bread
and starchy foods. This means less pasta,
bread, desserts. All of it
Also, if you're eating more fruit, the sugars in the fruit can help to uplift your
mood.
Always make sure you're getting enough water. Without water
you can get pain in your muscles and your bones.
Most importantly, eat a balanced diet. Everything in moderation.
Numbers three: Get a hobby.
Find something that's going to keep your hands busy. Learn how to play the piano
or the guitar.
Go pick up a crossword puzzle. Devote as much time as you can
to learning something new. Number four: Clear your mind.
Anytime you get a negative thought, think about the thought
and tell yourself thought isn't true,
because it usually isn't. Then try telling yourself
the truth. Try this: Picture a white
canvas and focus on the white canvas.
Picture all of your negative thoughts being erased.
Now pictured new and happier thoughts on the canvas.
Number five: Don't let yourself go.
When you feel like ***, it's pretty easy to let yourself look like ***;
but don't let go of yourself. Don't stop wearing deodorant or washing your hair.
Don't start wearing your ugliest clothes. Go to the salon
trim your pubes even. Number six: Get to a gym.
This does not mean that you need a membership or a contract.
Get to a place where you're surrounded by people who are taking care of their
bodies,
especially during the cold winter months. Remember:
you become who you surround yourself with. Also,
find a pool, an ocean or a lake that you can go swimming in
Swimming is incredible for your breathing,
which in turn will help your anxiety. Number seven:
Get more social. This one is easier said than done,
but it's crucial for your mental health. If you're in a location where you don't
feel accepted,
you need to move to another location. If you have the money,
go to school; get educated in something you enjoy doing.
This way, you'll be surrounded by more like minded people.
If you're not quite there yet, you can try going on a website like omegle.com,
where you can type in your interests
and meet like minded people. Most importantly,
you have to learn to love yourself.
Try this: Videotape yourself like I am right now, then
watch the video of yourself. Who you're watching is who you really are.
Learn to love that person.
Number eight:
Go to bed earlier. Try to get to bed before 10 o'clock.
Everyone needs a different amount of sleep.
I only need about seven and a half hours.
Number nine: Treat yourself. Go rent a movie.
Go buy a chocolate bar, go watch some sports with friends.
You deserve it. Life is too short,
so go and treat yourself.
Number ten: I believe that everyone is on a journey
and everyone needs a purpose. What is the point in living if you don't have a
purpose?
Understand that it can get really bad before is gets any better,
like really bad! But you're gonna walk through it
and you're going to walk through the other end.
When you do, you're gonna feel like a winner. If this video helped you,
give it a thumbs up. If you'd like me to do more videos in the future,
leave a comment, and if you have any questions or
need any help, message me. And if you'd like
you can always follow me. Thanks for watching!
