We will be making healthy food today Rice Flour Roti (Koyya Rotte)
Ingredients required to make Rice Flour Roti (Koyya Rotte)
Black Gram, Rice, Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
Grind the black gram and rice together into a coarse powder
Soak the ground powder in water for 2 hours to make it an edible batter
Add twice the measure of water for one measure of the powder
Add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and garlic along with the water
Now, take a flat pan and heat some oil
Pour the entire batter onto the pan when it's hot enough
Close the lid an leave it on simmer for about 20 minutes
Flip it over onto a serving plate
