Intelspec International is selling out. The company has agreed to sell to Infrastructure
Developments Corporation. More than 16 million outstanding shares of
Intelspec's stock will be replaced by 14 million shares of IDV.
Intelspec was a subsidiary of WWA Group until now.
WWA Group trades on the bulletin boards as WWAG.OB.
