Hi guys, Kiel King and Lauren Battaglini here from Kings of Fitness. We're back, we were
missing in action for a little bit but we're here today to bring you another full body
HiiT. So before we get into today's workout, I want to let you guys know about an opportunity
that came our way. It's called Google Helpouts. Simply put, Google Helpouts will allow you
to have facetime interaction with Kiel and myself, where you can ask us questions. Or
both of us, that would be a treat. You could ask us any questions you might have regarding
nutrition or workouts or even if you wanted us to watch you workout to make sure you are
using correct form. So you can use it in a variety of ways. We have a corrective exercise
background, we have a physical therapy background, sports psychology background, so there are
a lot of different things we can help out with. We will have more information in the
notes below and we will tell you how to get on and find us there. So look for that starting
next week. Now back to the workout! What we are going to have Lauren do, I'm going to
take an early exit from this one, cause I have some work to do, but Lauren's going to
do a Triple Extension Jump Squat, a Lunge Jumper, a Medicine Ball Walk Over, she's going
to do a Triceps Push Up, Mountain Climbers, and finish it out with an Ultimate Burpee.
Thank you google+! I saw the Ultimate Burpee on Google+ and we are one big family so we
are going to throw it into the routine today. Lucky me. Lucky you! Good luck Lauren! And
we will let her get started! Alright let's go.
So today for the full body HiiT workout, we are going to be using an interval timer. Easily
downloaded onto the phone, 30 second intervals working for a 3 minute round. So starting
off with the Triple Extension Jump Squat. The Triple Extension Jump Squat, why it has
its name, while in the jump portion of the exercise you will have an extension in the
ankles, the knees, and in the hips all at once. What you see Lauren is demonstrating
nice and easy is the spring in her bounce. As she lands she holds, rotates the body onto
the heels, and she's back up.
The next exercise is the Lunge Jumper. What Lauren is focusing on in this exercise is
getting height while she's jumping. So she is jumping as high as she can in between switching
legs.
The next exercise is the Medicine Ball Walk Over. Lauren is going to start with two hands
on the ball. She is going to move left hand off, right hand off, right hand on, left hand
on, as she progresses to both sides.
Next exercise is a Triceps Push Up. Lauren's concentration is going to be keeping her elbows
close to her body. She is putting a lot of pressure onto her chest muscles but she's
also putting a lot of pressure onto her triceps muscles.
Following the Triceps Push Ups we have the Mountain Climbers. Lauren's focus here is
getting her knees up to her chest as fast as possible. A very cardiovascular based exercise!
And for the final round we have the Ultimate Burpee. Lauren is going to go down, she's
going to push up, she's going to kick her knees in, she's going to kick them out, and
then she's going to kick them in one more time with a Tuck Jump at the end. So what
you're seeing here we actually learned on Google+, we saw a video that was really nice
so we added it to the routine. So thank you very much to Google+ and all the people on
there in those fitness communities.
Ladies and Gentlemen, there you have it. Activity completed!
I'm back! Now that the workout is done! Sweet! Thanks for watching this video, we'd love

up and running next week. And that's facetime, FACETIME, with this one! Who wouldn't want
