Hi, my name is Scott Soller, yoga instructor on behalf of expert village. In this next
segment, from a comfortable and stable position where the spine the cores are elongated where
were relaxing where we are, eyes partially opened, just letting the breath come and go
without any interference at all. The main practice is to be with what is happening.
Let your belly be loose with the breath sync down into your vital center. If sounds arise
be present to sound. Be attentive to any sensations in the domain of the body. Notice any images
that may arise in the seeing space. And notice any inter images or talking in the domain
of the body. And just be with whatever is arising moment by moment. If it's helpful
to you, you can say when in seeing you may seeing if you hear sound no mentally hearing,
and then this way thinking as well as sensing or, feeling.
