Liberty Gun Safe Attacked by Pry bars, & sledge hammers. 1st of 6

(Music playing) We wanted to see just how tough a gun safe could be. So we called up the number one gun safe maker in the country, Liberty Safes to see if we could torture test one of their safes and when we called them up, you guys said Bring it on. Bring it on, that's right. Jamie Skousen is the marketing director for Liberty safes and you guys, what is this we have in your hands here? Well, we decided to really put our money where our mouth is, and we decided to put in a thousand dollars to see if our big guys could break open our safe. A thousand bucks. That is correct. So if they can get it open, they can keep it. it's all thiers. All right great. We'll put this in here and you have some big guys with you who are going to try to pry open his safe. That will be our first test, kind of a natural one. If they can get in it and get it open, they can keep the money. That is correct. Let us see. Come on guys, get this thing open. Now probably a pry test is kind of a natural test, oh oh, Whoa! Well, there goes the lock. It is probably the natural test for the safe. Well let’s see if they can break it open! Now you have got…… Holy! You have the big guys from the warehouse to see if they can pry this sucker open. Well they are going to have a hard time trying to break open this safe. Now what is the deal, what is the security with this? This is a Presidential twenty-five. It has our Liberty tough door. It has inch and a half bolts all the way around all four sides. It's an inch and a half composite, one-piece door, so there's no way they are going to pry into this. Well they are going to try hard to get that thousand dollars. Come on, guys. Put your back into it! I do not know if they are making any progress with this thing. Now he is giving it his all. Yep. Look a that it is even lifting the safe! How much does this safe weigh? One thousand pounds! One thousand pounds. Holy smokes! Well, obviously they cannot pry this thing open. I think we are going to have to try something else. Oh, you are going to try to twist the lock? All right. Get some leverage on that thing, huh? This safe has what we call a slip clutch handle on it. He can turn that thing all day long and never get into it. No kidding? Never break the lock. You guys have kind of thought of everything haven’t you. That's correct. Maybe we ought to get Big Red. Yeah, you know what that is a good idea. Why don’t we get Big Red. Let's see if we can lift it up thirty feet and drop it to see if we can bust the door open. All right. Torture test number two, We are going to have to go see about dropping this sucker from three stories up.
