Hi, this is Rich Buccola here in NYC and on behalf of Expert Village today I'm going to
show you how to make shrimp cocktail. So you're on a diet for all your weight cautions people
your finally going to have a meal that I'm giving that is good for a diet. Take some
lettuce, don't use the shrimp cocktail on this one just give them some lettuce a couple
of pieces on the plate like so. Put your shrimp something like this which kind of looks nice
and this can be a nice lunch, a person watching their weight. Take some nice lemon and put
some lemon pieces like this and put another here like so. Get some watercress crackers
and this an excellent delicious healthy meal for a person watching their weight, that is
it something simple like that. It looks beautiful, taste great and it's healthy, shrimp cocktail
