Tips for Waiting at The Doctor's Or Orthodontist

Hi welcome to StressedOutStressFree.com my name is Vincent Woon. In this video I'm going to show you what to do when you are in the waiting room at the orthodontist office or at the doctor's office Here we are at the doctor's office and most people especially the kids are taking a nap or catch up with their homework so they can play their games or watch TV when they get home but the adults keep themselves occupied with magazines. When come to making appointment I try to make their appointment after school, so when I pick them up after school I can take them directly to their appointment by doing so it saves me a trip and the hustle and bustle of getting ready (especially when you have more than one kid plus a little one). Don't forget to grab your kids some food or snacks before their appointment. Make sure you bring a tooth brush and tooth paste for them to clean up before see the orthodontist or doctor. After cleaning their teeth they can start doing their homework while waiting to be seen. In order to take care of the little on it’s iPad to the rescue they can play the games and also read the story book. I'll bring my Mac to finish up video editing that I have or finish up my post, of course not forgetting my broadband for internet service. After finishing the video editing I’ll catch up with my emails make sure they are up to date. After updating my emails I’ll catch up with my audio book Chapter six a culture of discipline freedom is only part of the story and half the truth that is why I recommend the Statue Of Liberty…. Or you can listen to some relaxation music to unwind.
