Hi my name is Hannah and welcome back to my gorgeous series Here Come the Girls and My
Wedding Scrapbook. I am creating some really beautiful ideas for you perfect hen do with
the girls.
Now what is more delicious than a cocktail, a pink cocktail? I'm wearing pink suitably
today to make my favorite cocktail, The Pink Lady.

So all the ingredients for this cocktail are in the description box but I'm going to go
through it with you right now.
So we need a handy cocktail shaker, and we need to have about a handful of ice in there.
And then I'm going to add about 44 ml of gin which is a good portion of gin. Now this makes
about two pink ladies.
And then in there we're going to add an egg white, which sounds a bit weird but it does
work, I promise you.
And then we're going to add a good ole squeeze of lemon juice. It's looking good.
And then we're going to add some single cream, about a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a half
of single cream.
And then the final ingredient to make our drink go really beautifully bright pink is
the "ta-da" Grenadine. You can buy this in most supermarkets. Now just add about a teaspoon
of that.
Then we need to add our lid back on give it a really, really, really, really, really,
really, really, really, really, really good shake.
Now, I'm just going to pour a bit out into there. That looks perfect, and really pale
pink color. So all that's left to do is pour our delicious Pink Lady into our glasses and
serve that to your lucky girls.
