It's just been revealed
on Phillip Layton Edwards' Facebook two hours ago
that he abducted Gabriel Donnelly on the weekend
because the two-year-Old's mother had harmed herself.
However, Auckland police
are warning family and associates of the convicted killer
not to help him.
Edwards is wanted in relation to the abduction of an Auckland toddler.
Gabriel Donnelly was found in a shed eight hours
after he was taken from his home in Panmure on Sunday.
Edwards was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie,
black jeans and Nike shoes.
Police say he has connections in Northland,
Auckland and Hawkes Bay.
