Michele Continues The Care - Kindred Westminster

I'm Michele. I'm a Rehab Coordinator, Physical Therapist and I work in Kindred Hospital in
Westminster. We're the primary ones, I think, who help people get back to living. In fact,
we had one patient who told us, "the nurses and doctors saved me, but you gave me my life
back. We get people up and moving and hopefully back home. We start with exercising their
lower extremities. Then, we move on to where they're rolling in bed, sitting on the edge
of the bed and then progressing up to standing up and walking. I think what I like the most
is when we can really make a difference and really, really help someone come back from
a severe illness and get back to their family.
