Is it possible that he that he had any troubles with business rivals or colleagues that you're aware of? Nothing major, but that's all ancient history. We sold the company after the accident. When I went to get our things out of it, I found a cashier's check in Jay's briefcase. It was for $100,000 made out to cash. And who was this cashier's check from? It was from Jay. It turns out he'd had it drawn up earlier that day. I don't know who it was for, but wherever he was going, it must have had to do with that money. And had you talked to him about it? Jay has no memory from that period. So far, the staff at the rehab center alibi out. McCann is a real mascot. Everybody loves him. Well, you know, he wasn't always so cuddly. He bought a struggling factory, and turned it into a major supplier for aircraft parts, but you know know he did that? By moving all the local production overseas. That must have pissed some people off. Like the 500 workers who lost their jobs? More than that if you count the other firms he drove bankrupt, not to mention the lawsuits claiming he won Pentagon contracts through bribery. Maybe that hundred grand was a bribe. Let me check these Okay, it's located just off I-87, that's six miles north of where Jay's car accident happened. He was headed northbound, he must have been going there to meet her.
