Hi, this is Bill Lyons on behalf of Expert Village and we’re back again talking about
our lemon pasta and linguine dinner. While we’re preparing or getting ready to prepare
our lemon oil, I think it’s about time that we start our linguine because everything else
is going to be ready and waiting on the linguine. One of the key things about this dinner is
that it’s a quick and easy dinner so timing is everything so I’m now going to take my
linguine into a pot that I’ve already got full of boiling water. It’s important that
when you do start linguine or any kind of pasta that you add a little bit of salt to
your water to give your pasta some extra flavor and secret ingredient, touch of olive oil
and what the olive oil does is that it keeps the pasta from sticking and in the pasta goes,
put our lid back on and we’ll keep that on a nice rolling boil.
