#INTRO
Hi, I'm Iain from Three, and today we'll be looking at
how we turn off the content filter on your Pay As You Go phone.
Because we don't ask you for proof of age when you join us on Pay As You Go,
we'll need to check your age in one of the following three ways:
1. By using the message that comes up on your phone's browser
when you're trying to access age-restricted content.
You'll be asked to make a one-off payment of 99 pence using your credit or debit card.
This will prove that you're over 18, and the charge will be credited back
to your account.
2. By visiting a Three store.
If you take your driving licence, passport, NHS ID card or National ID card
to any Three store, we can verify your age.
3. Over the phone by calling us on one of these numbers.
You'll need a credit card in your name as proof of age.
Once we've verified you're over 18, your filter will be turned off.
and you can to access any websites and Planet 3 content on your Three phone.
If you want to turn your filter back on, you can do this in your My3 account on your phone.
Just click here to watch our next video showing you how to do this.
