Review of The Glacier Cable Snow Tire Chains on a 2013 Dodge Dart - Etrailer

Speaker 1: Today on our 2013 Dodge Dart we'll be test fitting a set of the Glacier cable
snow tire chains, part number PW1034. Before we get started, we'll lay the chain out
flat and make sure there's no kinks, and determine our anchoring points. Up at the
top of the chain are our keyhole anchor points. This is where we're going to slide our
various stops in to secure the chains around the tire. There's also a pair of clips
here, one on either side, that we'll use to secure the access to the cable end. There
are hooks that connect the cross pieces of the chain to our cable all the way down. They're
bent around the cable and we need to make sure that the sharp edge faces away from the
tire and that the smooth edge here on the inside is what makes
the contact
with
the tire.
