Getting Back from Giving - Allstate volunteerism

I think it's great that everyone's working together, working for the common cause, and it really shows a lot about the character of everyone here, and I'm excited to be here. When I came here today, I only knew three other people, so I was able to build relationships, and hopefully that'll, that'll grow along my tenure at Allstate. You go to work Monday through Friday, you kind of get to your desk and you're focused on what it is that you're doing in front of you. You don't always get the opportunity to speak with your fellow coworkers, and this is a great way to just get involved with others that you don't normally get the opportunity to speak with. This is a sense of enrichment for me. So when you give to others, certainly you reap the benefits first.
