Welcome to the SolarWinds® Network Performance Monitor
Core Solutions Training.
This training will cover the features of SolarWinds NPM,
as well as core features common to the other Orion® products.
Throughout this training we will look at several features available
in the Orion Web Console including views, resources,
users, groups, and customizations.
We'll look at the backend applications that function independently
from the Web Console such as the universal device poller, syslogs and traps,
and configuring account limitations.
In addition, we will explore map creation utilizing the Orion Network Atlas tool,
running and configuring reports with the report writer,
working with the out-of-the-box alerts,
and creating custom notifications.
Finally, we will talk about scalability,
troubleshooting, and working with SolarWinds support.
