Ingredients hokkaido pumpkin, 2- 3 carrots, condensed milk, water, chili, curry, salt and pepper
I prefer using hokkaido since you can eat it with the skin
cut the bulb in half, use a spoon to scoop out the seeds and cut into slices
peel carrots and cut into slices. U will need 2 - 3 carrots
than peel a orange. Easiest way: cut the ends. make a horizontal cut, deep enough to cut through the peel but not the orange itself. then remove the peel.
heat some water in a pot. Add pumpkin and carrot slices
cook softly in approx. 10 minutes.
puree in a blender. if needed add water.
now add the orange pieces
put the mixture in a pot,add water until you receive your desired consistency
mix well using a whisk
add a sachet condensed milk or cream. I prefer using condensed milk since it has lesser calories. but taste pretty good.
pice with salt, pepper, chili and/or curry.
Mix well and boil up briefly
and serve
