Melania Trump, who usually looks a picture of style, experienced a rare hair faux pas
as she got on a flight with husband Donald and son Barron – only to cover it up with
a hat.
Melania Trump, 47, stepped out alongside husband President Donald Trump, 71, as they travelled
on the Air Force One with son Barron.
The First Lady was forced to cover up an awkward bad hair day as she exited the flight, with
a questionable hair style visible before she got on board.
The family were pictured leaving Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida, where the US President
is said to enjoy golf.
She seemed unable to control her locks as she walked on to the plane ahead of her husband
and son.
It appeared knotted and pushed in front of her face, in a style unrecognisable for Melania.
Normally, her locks are perfectly blow-dried during public appearances.
They were later seen in a nighttime setting exiting the aircraft in Washington DC. The
First Lady wore a black beanie style hat over her long hair, which gave her a casual appearance
and covered up her bad hair day.
She also wore a black ski jacket with a hood with scrunched around the back of her neck.
The casual appearance was enhanced by a pair of dark tight fitted jeans. On her feet she
wore flat black biker boots with a number of buckles on them.
They came up high on her ankle to flatter the slimness of her calves. She was later
seen holding her jacket in one hand, to reveal a tight fitting black sweater.
Her eyes were covered with oversized black sunglasses, similar to ones Melania has been
seen wearing before.
Last week, Melania Trump's model past was revealed by Express.co.uk, including who she
used to work for.
The First Lady had a successful modelling career already when she met her future husband
Donald Trump.
Earlier this week, Melania stunned in a £2,000 red coat she wore to visit sick children on
Valentine’s Day.
Melania’s red Calvin Klein coat had deep pockets and a belt with a silver buckle. Her
hair was gently curled, while her engagement ring and another large ring glittered on her
hands.
The 47-year-old old former model, originally from Slovenia, made Valentine’s Day cards
with the children in Bethesda, Maryland.
The First Lady tweeted from her Twitter account: “Looking forward to a very sweet afternoon
visiting @theChildrensInn & celebrating Valentine’s Day with some kids at @NIH! #HappyValentinesDay”
