The aim of One Minute Motivation is to create small byte sized motivational episodes for people seeking motivation to listen to. Back when I set up my business I found myself listening to a lot of long motivational speeches from the likes of Jim Rohn, Wayne Dyer, Alan Watts Tony Robbins and much much more. Whilst these were great and gave me the spark of motivation I needed, sometimes I would find myself wasting hours and hours listening to speeches and never actually getting anything done.
