Hi I'm Chef Issac from Cuisine by Issac on behalf of Expert Village. For this step we
are going to prepare the pan for the dough. What we are going to is we are going to take
some olive oil. We are going to drizzle a little bit into the pan like so. Then we take
a paper towel and we are going to cover the entire pan with the olive oil like so. On
the side here we go, get it all over the corners. Like that. Then we are going to take a little
cornmeal and I use cornmeal because basically it is courser and does not allow the dough
to stick. Where flour it would tend to burn. If I could ever get this thing open we would
be in business. There you have it.
