Menorca - Exclusivo chalet en venta en cala virgen

Hello, I'm José Carrasco with you once again from the island of Menorca it's just after the Christmas break and I would like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year 2013 and from this spectacular countryside just about 20 metres from where I am we find this magnificent exclusive house which I am going to show you today As I said, just a few metres from this unspoilt cove on the island of Menorca I want to show you this magnificent house in a totally Menorquin style built on a plot of 1.100 square metres it has a built area of 200 square metres plus the covered terrace, which you are looking at it really is a lovely house very homely, later we'll take a look at the inside here we have a swimming pool in a rustic style, an infinity pool and the location is unimaginably privileged even at this time of year in January let's enjoy the wonderful outside as you can see, we have this large covered terrace from here we can see that the surroundings are totally natural as I said, it is all on one level and I think it is something important to mention there are no architectural obstructions or staircases here we have a sitting room which leads to the dining room, as you can see there's lots of light the design is superb, as are the finishes the carpentry is of the highest quality, it's made of teak the floors are finished with rustic tiles, handmade ones here's the pool which we saw earlier it's a joy to be here enjoying the scenery, and as I said earlier, even at this time of year however, in the Spanish peninsular, the climate at the moment is very different to Menorca it is much colder there let's have a look in more details this is the kitchen as you can see, the kitchen has an island and an eating area and it has a laundry area too, which can be closed-off and let's take a look at the bedrooms I would also mention that the house has central heating it is an oil-fired system and let's start looking at the master bedroom, the master suite there is a dressing area with a wash basin and here we have a shower and the rest of the bathroom again we can see that we are surrounded by greenery and from we can see here where the bed is, that the wall is finished in natural marés stone the same finish as on the south facade, the house faces south - this is important all this is also in natural marés stone and as you can see there is a lovely view from the master bedroom let's move on so that the video is not too long I want to show you the most important areas here you can see that the construction of the house is divided in two parts here is the main entrance I think I've confused you a little, but here it is with this large glazed door it's a very grand entrance for this Mediterranean-type house here we can look at the other bedrooms here we have a study and a bathroom let's look around the studio, which has access to the outside this is the bathroom, and this is built in marble, with natural colours the beams and ceilings are high in all of the house and this bathroom is shared with this bedroom and with the one adjoining it has in total five bedrooms and three bathrooms this is the other bedroom as you can see it is very bright it has built-in wardrobes, here is one of them and here is another what I should also mention is that the house has a flat roof used a sunbathing terrace here is another bedroom it is a very cosy house the current owners live here all year round and in reality they truly enjoy living here it is a house that is not just wonderful in the summer, but also in the winter, as I said earlier you can really enjoy the scenery of Menorca given the tranquillity that we find here actually there are only a few houses here here at the back there is a barbecue area and the sun terrace I spoke about earlier, it's a pity that is not used so much in the winter months they tend to use the covered terrace that we saw at the front here we have as you see the barbecue area there's a storage room, and here is the machine room and the deposit for the gas oil and I mentioned about enjoying the house for the whole year this area is used much more in the summer, this area up here, as a sunbathing terrace and it has an assortment of cushions and sofas placed in this area, but not today and let's take a look from up here of the landscape, which is so special it really is a very privileged position it is very quiet and views of the sea, which is just a few metres from here where there is the unspoilt cove which we saw at the start of the recording without a doubt it is very select, and a real opportunity these houses come on the market only once in a while and as always, I am available for any further information you may need our telephone number is +34 971 35 15 30 or by e-mail to info@sesmoreres.com thank you and with a fond farewell I will say goodbye to you until the next video.
