Another summer has come, and gone Today is the first day of autumn
Leaves that once danced, in the summer wind Begin turning from green to red.
Flowers that once graced the valley
Now whither away, and die Their spirit now rushes through the valley
Bringing a chill to the valley.
Mountains too feel the effect of the changing season
Trees that danced in the summer Are silent, and ever still
Autumn now has swept over the mountains.
Slowly, the leaves fall away from their home Landing soft upon rain soaked grounds
Autumn is getting ready, to draw to a close Fall will be here, before too long.
Rains fall on a cold autumn morn' it washes away memories of summer.
Leaves whither away into the ground, and die Their spirit lives on, in the season of autumn.
