Meet Adsense Publisher Jennifer Moss

I'm Jennifer Moss, founder of BabyNames.com. I started the site back in 1996 as an online database of names and meanings. We started with AdSense in 2003 to help pay our hosting bill. I never imagined it would become a viable business. In 2006, the revenue from AdSense enabled me to grow BabyNames.com to a point where I could work on it full time. Now my mum, my sisters and even my daughter help run the business. Even though we're not all located in the same place, working together keeps us close as a family. Today, over 1.5 million people visit BabyNames.com each month. We've become the go-to experts in the field of names and naming and have appeared on national broadcast media. It's amazing. And we're now expanding by creating additional sites in the category, including pet names and character names for writers. But Google has given us more than just the revenue from AdSense. Their expertise is incredible. They constantly open our eyes to what other publishers are doing. And we know we're working with someone who's just as interested in growing our business as we are.
