Take a deep bottom pot and add 2 cups of water. 2. Add peppercorns, cut lemon, basil, parsley and salt. 3. Let the water come to a boil. 4. Add Salmon fillet and let it cook for 10-12 minutes 5. Poached Salmon is ready Method 3- Salmon in Aluminum foil Ingredients • 1 Salmon Fillet • Vegetables- ½ carrot cut in circular shape, 1 lemon cut in circular shape, 5-6 onion shallots • Pepper • Aluminum foil • Salt Recipe- Steps to Follow 1. Rub pepper and salt on the Salmon Fillet 2. Take an aluminum foil and fold in half, put the Salmon in the middle and add the vegetables around it. Cover the aluminum foil. 3. Take a pan and add some oil. Add the Salmon wrapped in the aluminum foil to the pan and cook on a medium high flame for 8-10 minutes on both the sides. 4. Salmon in aluminum foil is ready.
