We came up with the idea that,
instead of having our
typical signage with whom we have worked for ever,
why not trying to change the "old" way
to work and do something new.
What we were looking for this place
was “the experience”,
we wanted this concept to be a non-static image
and to attract attention.
We thought of a big signage but in a video format,
where we could place contents of our company, our department and,
more specific, show what we wanted to do with that retail unit.
We decided to contact the property
and propose them a different idea that,
we thought, would attract demand that maybe we weren’t attracting already.
We developed three different projects:
a hairdresser,
canine,
a clothing store -
which fitted perfectly with
core services that already exists in Serrano 78 -
and a restaurant.
The Innovation department has been very important because
there is a lot of complicity between us.
They understand the ideas since the very beginning
and usually find them fantastic.
The synergy with Tetris Arquitectura is essential,
we work very well with them.
The store is attracting
a different audience
that we were unable to capture with other methods.
The project really helps to add value
to the whole department,
and helps to commercialize any property.
Basically, it creates a differentiated effect
with respect to other retail units.
