this watch what you eat mini-sode we're going to need a little over half a cup of water that we
are going to bring to a boil
we're going to get some vegitables ready and chop them up once we get our pan ready
and on to the stove as well we're going to add some oil
put it on medium high heat and add our veggies
at this point our water should be at a boil
we're going to add half a cup of cous cous
and mix that up a little bit add peanut butter
and dijoun mustard
to our cous cous we add barbecue sauce and chili pepper powder after three
to five minutes of cooking
we're going to add the veggies
to tehe cous cous
plate it
enjoy it
we're not quite done for the day yet
without cleaning the pan add a bit of butter
we're going to put the heat at medium
get one apple ready
chop that up place in pan
add sugarcurry powder
and cook for roughly five minutes or to the apples are fairly soft
to plate add everything from a pan
to the plate
to top that off add cinnamon sugar
or cherry jam
