We opened Gram in May 2012.
In fact this is our second place after Lokanta Maya.
We actually start here at 8:30 in the morning during the week...
The desserts you see, the salted snacks and breakfast things, are what we start with first.
From 12 till 3 we have a lunch time.
At 12 o'clock, the marble bench you see inside is set up as an open buffet.
We try to put out whatever is in season.
For example, ever since beetroot has been out there is almost always this salad.
For a while now there has been leek.
There is oven-dried winter squash with roasted spinach and blue cheese...
Pan fried mast fish topped with coriander and parsley...
We pack up the buffet at 3pm but we are still open till 5pm.
We are closed in the evenings, but we can open privately for you in the evening.
In an instance this place can become your very own private dining room.
