On behalf of Expert Village I'm Laura Bandford. I'm going to show you how to make a delicious
Asian vegetarian entree. Now we have steamed our sweet potatoes, our red peppers and we
add them to the carrots and the broccoli, we have all of these done now. We are going
to start our onions, we are going to add some nice crunch and sweetness, some onionly goodness,
add the onions to our pot. We are going to add some mushrooms all these beautiful cremini
mushrooms they are going to soak up this nice sauce that we are going to make. Here we're
going to add all those, stir them around so that they cook evenly. It's still simmering
I still hear a lot of simmering, so it seems that there is still enough water in there,
so we are not going to be adding some water right now. I'm going to put the lid on these
and steam these for about 4 minutes and when we come back we are going to finish up our
steam with edamame and tofu.
