Hows it going? I'm Nate Beck with The Manchester Social Club. and I'm here today with MAC Music
Accessories and today we're going to be talking about Paolo Nutini's song, "Jenny Don't Be
Hasty" and the main guitar riff.
Right now I'm using the MAC SpeedPro tuner. One thing I really like about this tuner it's
very small and very discreet for easy use onstage.
Alright, so again I've seen this song played multiple times on YouTube but no one's quite
playing it right.
Here's how everyone else is playing it.
If you ever see Paolo Nutini's actual guitar player he's not playing in power chords, he's
playing in regular chords. So this is how he's doing it.
Start with the F#m, like that. Then instead of going to
the C# to D back to C# he actually plays it like this.
So you're hitting the octave of the C# with your middle finger on the G string and then
hammering on with your pinky finger.
And from there you go to the B-, hammer on, to the A to the E to the F#. So in full speed,
this is how it's played.
And that's Paolo Nutini's "Jenny Don't Be Hasty."
