290hp upgrade: Seat Toledo [1.9 TDI] by JB autoservice & JD Engineering

just finished our next upgrade fortunatelly, we are now in Germany so we have a nice chance to make a small test finally we've got 290hp and now we'll see what we can do with it we're going to upgrade Toledo from 250hp to around 290hp we'll do it by mounting a different turbo which is enlarged on both sides this turbo spools better then the old one delivers also more power it's not a bolt-on turbo and has to mounted on a custom manifold in addition, different nozzles will be used those feed more fuel in a shorter time through this allows to gain safely even more power those nozzles ensure beter thermal load so, engine temperatures are lowered as result, one can drive at higer speeds for a longer period of time the car will be build up here we will build in nozzles, turbo and a map sensor afterwards we go to JD Engineering for ECU re-mapping now from 100km/h to top this setup does really well drives fine but in future we still want to improve setup, and gain even more power without a smoke
