375g flour
23g baking powder
8g sugar, 6g salt
Sift together in a bowel
Add 55g room temperature butter and knead
Continue to knead while adding in warm water
Add in warm water little by little, kneading it in to the dough
Knead...knead.
Knead until the dough is the same hardness as your earlobe

Remove the corned beef from the can and mash it
Add 2.5g garlic powder & 2.5g onion powder
Mix well
Round the dough into six equal parts
Flatten though dough and wrap around the corned beef

After forming a ball around the beef, deep-fry it
