Today I am going to show you how to make Scrambled Egg Curry.
This recipe serves two.
To make this recipe, you will need:
1 large onion - finely chopped, 1 tea spoon green chilli - finely chopped
One.. Ah.. half a tea spoon ginger paste, half a tea spoon garlic paste,
few coriander leaves, few curry leaves
1 tea spoon coriander powder, half tea spoon chilli powder
quarter tea spoon turmeric powder, a pinch of fennel seed powder, it is optional
Salt to taste
4 eggs, half a cup milk
3 table spoon cooking oil
When it is lightly heated up, add onion

curry leaves
Wait until lightly caramelised, the onion
Now it is time to add ginger and garlic.
Add salt
turmeric powder
chilli powder
Now add milk.
Now, add eggs.
Mix it well.
You can have it as a breakfast... or with rice, with chapati.
Now add fennel powder, and coriander powder.
few coriander leaves.
Mix it well.
Turn off the stove.
This one transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.
