This is the overhead squat. This is quite a challenging exercise and it is a good indication
of mobility through your shoulders and hips and strength through your core. So it a really
good one to tell how you move in general We are going to start with the bar overhead.
The point, we want to keep a nice neutral posture throughout this exercise and as he
comes down we want to maintain that, stay upright, and that is a pretty good position
right there you can tell it's a little bit taxing on his shoulders. Good you can come
back up but that was really quite well done. That will protect everything, keep everything
nice and safe and it's nice and challenging.
