As an Administration of Justice student,
my career goals are definitely to be a government employee,
probation officer, parole officer or to be working
for local law enforcement.
The Administration of Justice program has been very beneficial
in preparing me because of the variety
of coursework they offer in the subject.
Judicial law procedures to actual practical applications
and the history of community policing,
other social situations that people may not be able
to recognize with out proper training in that area.
My instructors here at Hancock have been great.
One is the current Chief of Police
and then police officers as well.
So you get that experience from he field work
as well to prepare you.
Allan Hancock College has made a difference in my life
because it's building me up as a person to be confident to know
that when I go in the workforce I'm going
to know what I'm talking about and that I'm going
to feel secure in what I can represent
and bring to my community.
When you have affordable tuition and you have teachers
that have experience in the field
and are incredibly encouraging it makes it too good to pass
up for an opportunity to better your life.
