Our sales office in Connecticut hired John for a meeting in January to
kick off their sales year
basically the goal of a kickoff meeting is to get all the sales managers
together in an area
lay out your plan for the year for 2010 and inspire and
motivate them at the event
I thought John was a great keynote
especially in a sales environment
because every day there's hurdles
in a sales career
and i really want to my sales people and my sales manages to get the message that
you can accomplish any goal you put your mind to and John has defiantly accomplished that
{John} it means to do everything i possibly can to find
not the obstacle but the opportunity for success
it was the aha moment. {Michael} Even though John's message message is serious
and uh...
some points of his
presentation
it was emotional you defiantly put yourself in his shoes
but i can honestly say that he was very entertaining
and lighthearted. {John} she walks up to me
and she looks me up and down
and she says that I bet i could find you a wife
really i said
what am I going to do with my wife now
{Michael} Having a successful keynote speaker like john
uh... to kind of lay out some
challenges that he overcame
in his life will definatly make
employees look at their problem
not as mountains but as molehills
and uh... be more productive at work
in my nineteen-year career in this business I've seen a lot of speaker from
professional athletes to
politicians and even motivational speakers I can honestly say John was probably one of the
best
keynote speakers that we've had
he was great our event
you know we're going to use them again here at AFLAC.
