Hi. Good news for businesses. Tim and Darci Adams
now have their own equipment store called RX Fitness.
Tim, I'm excited for you guys. Great to be here this morning.
Hi. I am super excited.
Why your own business?
You know, after doing this for twenty seven years,
I felt like it was time to go out on my own
and do it the right way,
every single time.
It's just so important.
What do you call the right way?
The right way is giving a hundred percent
satisfaction guaranteed to your customers.
Following up with them,
making sure they get their products
and they are happy with their products,
whether it's a business that's, you know, Baxter or Amgen
or whether it's a small training facility.
I really want to take care of them.
You know, I've been a customer of yours for twenty years
as you know. They don't know.
but I can attest to the fact
that you are a trustworthy guy
Right.
who really wants your clients to get the best deal
and have the equipment that's going to make them feel
fantastic.
Sure.
What's so important about customer service?
Customer service is everything,
especially in a business.
In a business they really care about price in the beginning
but after they have the product
they really care more about
who's standing behind it,
who's taking care of the product.
And that's where we come in.
And we say
we've taken care of all that for you.
Your warranty is good.
your stuff is fixed,
and you're ready to go.
Yeah, I know this is a common question.
Why do you call it RX Fitness?
Because I am Prescription Fitness.
Over 80% of my business is referral.
I have a little prescription pad
that I give the therapist
and trainers
and even sometimes doctors
and they write down exactly what they want
their people to have.
They come in
they get the discount
and they feel really safe about being here,
in my store now.
So some business is going to set up a workout room
in their, let's say, corporate offices
Sure.
for their employees.
Yeah.
Then they would just have
somebody write down exactly the equipment that they need.
Or would you go out there with them as well?
I typically show up on site.
I do a measurement.
I do an AutoCad program for them.
We show them everything that they need.
We figure out what their budget is,
and we really try and help them.
It's so important to give them the right product.
And we make sure they know right up front that
if half their Cardio isn't being used
we'll take it right back
and give you something else.
Well, I know you are a man of your word.
Yes.
So, I think it is a smart business decision to shop
RX Fitness.
