Hi, my name is Elvis Hillard and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and today we're
going to be talking about making New Orleans style Bar-B-Q shrimp. Alright, we've got the
shrimp pulled out, the next step, there's actually two things you can do, it just depends
on how spicy you like the food. We're going to stick a little bit of Worcestershire in
here, I'd say about two table spoons. If you like Worcestershire sauce, you can add a little
bit more but don't overpower it. You just want to go ahead and incorporate that in the
sauce. You can also, like we use, back home, is using like a crab boil, like a liquid crab
boil or you could even use powder. It just varies, I think. People also actually stick
like actual BBQ sauce in it. What we're talking about here, is like Louisiana BBQ shrimp but
it doesn't have any BBQ sauce in it, it just kind of tastes like that, once everything
is done with. Like I said, I've got the Worcestershire in here, I put like two table spoons in. You
can start reducing the sauce just a little bit. This is the point where, it's really
crucial to make sure this sauce is not too hot because it will break on you. That's,
basically, like the texture that you want, as of right now.
