How to Uninstall Twitter App from Your Facebook Profile?
Open Your Favorite Browser.
Go to Facebook.com
Log in to Your Account with the Email address and Password that you Registered with.
Click on the "Gear" icon in the Upper-Right Corner of the Page, and
Choose "Privacy Settings" from the Drop-down Menu that Appears.
Click on the "Apps" Menu in the Left Column.
This will take you to App Settings Page.
If you Can’t Find Twitter App in this Page. Click on Show all Apps link at the Bottom of the Page.
Scroll Down until you Find the Twitter App.
Click on the "Edit" Button Next to the Twitter App.
Press "Remove App," then click "Remove" to Confirm Your Decision.
Facebook will now Remove Twitter App From your list, and Stop Displaying Twitter Activities on Your Facebook Profile.
