[music] When our large corporate base started to errode, it doesn't mean the workers are gone it just means the companies are gone. And so because it's not easy to relocate and many many people wish to stay... they need something to do, alright? And if they're skilled and innovative they'll start doing something on their own if there's no other opportunity. We have a strong base here and it's likely because of the skill-set... the high level of education... the scientists, the engineers... that a higher percentage of startup companies that are characterized by those types of innovators will survive here. And survive doesn't mean you stay small it's very difficult to simply stay still... either you move up or you're gone.
