Hi, today I am making easy eggless pie dough for next mini rose apple pie, petit fours.
In a food processor, add in 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour,
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar,
and 1/2 stick of unsalted butter, cold and diced.
Pulse until it looks like fine sands.
Then add in 1 tablespoon of milk
and pulse until it forms a ball.
Transfer to clean working surface. ?
Now flatten a little and roll out right away, or cover with a plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator before using.
