TOURIST SITES AND NEIVA HUILA The capital of the department of Huila is located on the right bank of the Magdalena River. Some of its attractions are: Santander Park: Located in the center of Neiva, here is the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, characterized by its Gothic style.
