I couldn’t be happier! I mean, it was the best decision we made in 2010 and now they’re
a part of our family. We don’t move forward without consulting them and working with them
and they’ve become part of the company. They’re not just an outside source, they
are part of our company.
We have been more than pleasantly surprised; they’ve coordinated all our efforts, targeted
the accounts that we were going for, brought together all our previous sales contacts,
everything that we wanted to do and have streamlined it into one focused point and it’s turned
out tremendously well.
The *** for the bucket has been outstanding. Again, when you look at it, compared to other
segments of your business, marketing service, marketing budget tends to be - do you need
it, how much do you want to spend, but as looking at it in hindsight, it’s a small
investment to pay for the *** that we’re getting out of it.
The fees, the way that they charge, for us anyway, it’s a monthly fee, and anything
else being charged "printing, graphics, web design" all those bills are passed straight
across. It certainly helps control the cost of the marketing. The way that we’ve set
it up it’s a monthly budget. This is what we’ve budget: X amount of dollars per month
and every month we decide what do we want to accomplish in the next month so I know
that, just like my rent, my marketing fee is going to be this, my rent is going to be
this, and my labor is going to be this. I know every month what my budget is going to
be for marketing and more often than not I get more of my marketing budget than I thought
I was going to get.
Everyone that TribalVision has brought to the table we were impressed. I mean, these
are certainly people that we could not have on our own. And yet they come in and we have
full access to them. They’re knowledgeable, they’re talented, they’re up to date.
Certainly, resources beyond what we would normally be able to get on our own without
TribalVision.
