Logan, my tolerance for your smoking in the mansion notwithstanding,
continue smoking that in here and you will spend
the rest of your days under the belief that you're a six-year-old girl.
You'd do that?
I'd have Jean braid your hair.
Welcome back.
Can you describe Wolverine in one word?
Bad-***.
That's hyphenated but that works.
It's hyphenated and I'm going to put it in as one.
What are your workouts or training methods
while you were getting ready to film?
I do three hours a day of training.
So, I do two hours in the morning, an hour of cardio,
an hour of weights, heavy weights, and then optional
another one in the afternoon,
about another hour and then I eat 6000 calories a day.
So, it's pretty intense.
What's your favorite part of acting as Wolverine?
My favorite part of acting as Wolverine would probably be
there's the complexity to him.
I think as a comic book character, there's a lot to play.
There's a lot to, you know,
to get to bite on there and that and the action sequences.
I enjoy doing those.
Put the knives down.
I can't.
How is it like coming back to Wolverine after Les Mis?
Well, I think one of the beauty, one of the great joys of my career
is being able to do different things whether it be on stage or in film.
And then one year, I'd went from Les Mis to Wolverine
which probably couldn't be further apart in terms of movies.
So, it was an amazing experience
and it's always fun for me coming back to Wolverine
and I have to say I'm enjoying it more than ever.
What do you think defines Wolverine's character?
What makes him unique?
He has this quality called berserker rage which is unique to him
in that if he's pushed, he gets somewhere that he really,
he'd almost like into a blind rage and it gives him that
- in a way, his superhuman strength comes from that.
That's sort of one of the defining moments, character flaw.
Flaw, well, it can be a flaw too.
But that's one of his defining characteristics.
