Homemade Ice Pack

Now every household should have an ice pack in their freezer for emergencies But lets be honest their rather expensive like ten twenty some times thirty dollars depending on the size But this is an extremely cheap way to make one without buying any chemicals or liquides or bags or anything. So we are going to use a normal household wash up sponge so we are going to dip that in the water let it soak it all up then grab a breakfast bag and simply place this into the ziploc breakfast bag and of course just seal it up Once its completely sealed up we are going to place this into the freezer. So i have just taken it out of the freezer it is rock hard So by using the sponge it has maintained the perfect shape which is perfect for putting up against say any wound or insect bite or any other reason you need to use one for but another advantage of using a sponge when it starts defrost you'll be able to move it around wound or the body part however you need to so it becomes very flexible. but stays frozen So all up that cost me less then a dollar to make. and considering they can run up to thirty dollars in the shops you can see theres a huge cost saving.
